SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Time:

    • Orders are processed once order confirmation and address verification have been obtained. Orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed and shipped.

    • Once parcel is shipped, it typically arrives in three (3) to ten (10) business days depending on location.

    • Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.

  • Shipping Status:

    • You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

    • If you don’t receive any email within in 48 hours, Please contact our customer care @ +91 99 788 35084

    • Your tracking information can also be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders.

 

  • Damaged Package or Incorrect Merchandise:

    • Do not accept a shipment if the package is damaged. Please contact our customer care @ +91 99 788 35084 within 24 hours to let us know that you have refused to accept the shipment as the package was damaged.

    • If you received incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer care @+91 99 788 35084 within two (2) days.

    • In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, we will offer either exchange or refund. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. If the item is not available in our stock, then full refund will be issued.

 

  • Failed Deliveries:

    • If the customer is not available to receive parcel on first attempt then second attempt will be made after 48 hour.

    • After two failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, courier will hold on to your parcel for 7 days before returning your parcel to us.

    • To avoid problems like this continue to keep track of your orders.

 

  • If customer reject COD package at the time of delivery, we will not process COD order again in future. Customer would have to do pre-payment.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • The Tee Shop ONLY accept returns in case of Damaged or Incorrect merchandise or we sent wrong size. But it must be reported to The Tee Shop within two (2) days of receipt. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. If the item is not available in our stock, then full refund will be issued.

 

  • All the products are printed after the order confirmation. We DO NOT accept Return or Exchange for size issues. To avoid any size discrepancies, always check the size chart before buying. Please note our T-Shirts, Hoodies and Sweatshirts are all UNISEX and our size chart is different then other brands. Kindly refer to size chart before placing the order.

 

  • If in any case, Return or Exchange is agreed on by us, it would be solely at the customer’s expenses. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed to customers. If there is Return – we will deduct Rs. 100 shipping charges from the total refund amount. If there is exchange, then customer would have pay extra Rs. 100 for shipping product back.

 

  • After placing the order, if you change your mind and want to cancel or edit your order, write to us at theteeshop.in@gmail.com OR Call our Customer Care @ +91 99 788 35084 within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been dispatched, we will process your request.

 

  • We MUST receive damaged or incorrect or any return parcel back before we take any action (Exchange or Refund)

  • If you return items that have been tried on and they have make- up on them, you WILL NOT be given a refund and the items will be sent back to you.

 

  • Once we receive the merchandise back and our team examines the item, your refund will be issued within 10-15 days and If it was an exchange then new item will be shipped next working day. You will be notified via email when this transaction has been completed.

 

  • Please note that for credit card refunds, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from LBug Retail Pvt. Ltd.

 

  • If you make a purchase using you debit/credit card, and the amount gets charged to your card but the order failed – Then please Call our Customer Care @ +91 99 788 35084 and send us proof of debit/credit card transaction (bank statement) at theteeshop.in@gmail.com and we will refund your money within 7 working days.
